Bn nam 63t, khám lấy thuốc hàng tháng tại TYT.
Tiền sử:
-Lao 20 năm, RLLM, Gout.
-Mổ Viêm Phúc Mạc do thủng dạ dày
Triệu chứng hiện tại:
-Cơ năng: chưa ghi nhận triệu chứng gì
-Thực thể: HA =90/60, mạch 78. Nhịp tim không đều, Ngoại tâm thu.
-Thể trạng gầy, BMI 16.4

#ecg Case ECG hiếm: BN nữ 68t đến khám lấy thuốc tại trạm y tế. Tiền sử THA ĐTĐ 18 năm.

Ý kiến cá nhân: Nhịp chậm xoang, trục TG. RBBB không hoàn toàn. NTT thất xen kẽ*.

*NTT thất bình thường khoảng nghỉ bù sẽ hoàn toàn (RR chứa NTT = 2RR bình thường). Ở NTT thất xen kẽ khoảng nghỉ bù đặc biệt, RR chứa NTT đúng = RR bình thường hay nói cách khác là nó xen giữa các nhịp xoang bình thường.
